The search for a Content Coordinator & Gallery Assistant balances an editorial mind with a keen visual eye. As a studio, we prioritize quality over quantity and are moving toward a thoughtful, heritage approach to our Instagram presence—our primary social platform—that mirrors the longevity of the art we create.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined arts professional with 2+ years of experience in a gallery or arts administration setting. You must be a meticulous storyteller with an obsessive eye for detail, someone who prefers the substance of the workshop to the flash of social media trends. You must be both a lyrical storyteller and a rigorous coordinator, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our vision to redefine contemporary Western art.

You will join a focused Marketing Department composed of the husband-and-wife owners, a Coordination Manager, and a remote Shopify Project Coordinator.

• Collaborative Refinement:
  Our process is highly iterative. You will receive a high volume of feedback from the Artist, Owner, and Creative Director. The ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback while maintaining the brand's voice is essential.
• Strategic Alignment:
  You will participate in standing Wednesday meetings to align with leadership. You will then take the lead in ensuring that the initiatives and stories planned by leadership are executed with precision on Instagram.

Instagram & Content Creation

• Strategic Alignment:
  Develop and execute social media strategies that directly align with greater marketing initiatives and business goals. Translate the "big picture" from leadership into a cohesive, daily Instagram narrative.
• The Studio Voice:
  Manage our presence on Instagram through Posts, Stories, and Reels.
• Visual Documentation:
  Capture and archive behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and video of new art as it is developed.
• Video Editing & Content Production:
  Edit BTS footage into high-quality Reels and produce final video edits for the website homepage.
• Community Engagement:
  Manage comments and DMs on Instagram/Facebook, ensuring communications align with our high-touch customer standards.
• Partnerships:
  Serve as the liaison between the Artist and ambassador-style partners (e.g., onX Maps).
• Project Management:
  Utilize Asana to coordinate all social media-related tasks for marketing initiatives, sales, and launches.

Email & SMS Execution

• Klaviyo Management:
  Execute SMS marketing campaigns and automations. Ensure messaging is deployed on schedule and aligns with sales, studio initiatives, and product launches.

• Weekend Digital Stewardship:
  Monitor scheduled content and social media comments and queries. You will be the point person for weekend collector inquiries and notify owners if high-priority leads come in.
• Client & Studio Visits:
  Coordinate with key clients for studio visits, managing the workflow in Asana, and ensuring the studio and team are ready for visitors.
• Writing Support:
  Assist with technical and creative writing, including some collector follow-ups and plaques for commissioned artworks.

• 2+ Years in Arts Administration:
