Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects, protect margin, and drive results from kickoff through closeout.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Serve as main point of contact for owners and design teams
  • Manage pay apps, billing, and change orders
  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, and submittals
  • Align with Superintendents to support field execution
  • Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Lead project meetings and maintain organized documentation
  • Drive projects through successful closeout
What You Bring
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
  • Multi-Scope background including Dirt, Utilities, Concrete and Asphalt
  • Strong understanding of job costing and contract management
  • Experience managing projects $1M- $5M+
  • Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS Heavy Job, Trimble Viewpoint Vista, or similar platforms
  • Experience with public and private sector projects including Federal, State DOT, Municipal, and Private work preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and change order management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team contributor
