We’re seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-oll Home Services division. You’ll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision‑making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights.
• Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategicেকে optimalizations.

• Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed.
• Data Visualizationtelefone: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, and/or
• 1‑3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solжем‑solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms is a plus.

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
