Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a major project in the US Virgin Islands. This role involves working closely with another administrative professional on a multi-billion dollar project. Key tasks include managing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing multiple calendars and inboxes, and assisting with logistics for both new hires and current employees traveling to the project site. While basic administrative experience is essential, strong customer service skills are also highly valued.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and process expense reports accurately and efficiently.

+ Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for project team members.

+ Oversee calendar and inbox management for multiple stakeholders.

+ Assist with logistics for new hires and existing employees heading to the project.

+ Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.

+ Proficiency in expense reporting and calendar management.

+ Experience in travel coordination.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with Bluebeam, Concur Travel and Expense, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, although a 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule may be considered. You will work closely with a previous contractor to support the US Virgin Islands project. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
