Overview
A Day in the Life of a Legal Administrator. As the Legal Administrator at First Onsite, you'll provide crucial litigation and legal support while acting as general administrative support for the Legal Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting demand letters and correspondence, organizing legal inboxes, maintaining electronic and physical files, coordinating document reviews, and providing administrative support to Paralegals and the Legal Department.
Additionally, you'll learn contract lifecycle management software and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide essential litigation and legal support to the Legal Department
- Draft, format, and review demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards
- Maintain and organize legal inboxes, electronic files, and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency
- Coordinate document reviews, filings, and other legal processes to support smooth departmental operations
- Assist Paralegals and Legal team members with administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality, timely output
- Learn and utilize internal contract lifecycle management software to support Sales and other internal teams
- Travel less than 10% of the time
- 1 or more years in a corporate legal department
- High School Diploma
