Accounting Specialist

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounting Specialist job in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $26.00 and $29.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.

• Monitoring daily cash balances across various accounts
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Tracking cash flow activities
• Assisting with forecasting
• Preparing for audits
• Assisting with processing full-cycle accounts payable
• Processing fixed expense payables
• Performing 3-way matching
• Preparing ACH, wire, and check payments
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• All other related tasks as required

• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience with ERP software (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills

• Hourly rate between $26.00 and $29.00
