Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Accounting Specialist with strong bookkeeping experience and hands-on knowledge of Sage. Familiarity with RAMP is a plus. This role supports our accounting function by managing transactional entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close.

Work Schedule
  • Part-time: Approximately 12 hours/week
  • Required availability: Three mornings per week, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Work location: On-site at our Greenwood Village office
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and close accounting batches, including reclassifying entries
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Support month-end close, including reports, schedules, and variance analysis
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements (as needed and depending on experience)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support ongoing projects and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Sage accounting software (required)
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, formulas, lookups preferred)
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience
