LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative: IV to support our client’s

Position
- Accounts Payable Representative: IV

Pay Range: $30 - $38 / hr

Summary

The Accounts Payable Lead is responsible for managing the company accounts payable process and function in accordance. This position directs and oversees the daily management of the Accounts Payable processes associated with the payment of invoices, ensuring the accuracy of vendor payment and compliance with company policies and procedures pertaining to Accounts Payable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage centralized A/P function, including vendor relations and invoice account coding.
  • Serve as liaison between the A/P processing group, vendors and field operations.
  • Respond to A/P inquiries.
  • Review and process invoices to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records and databases.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and GL for missing invoices at end of month.
  • Audit the A/P distribution journal for coding errors.
  • Train employees in the A/P support department.
  • Prepare audit and other data requests as needed.

    Prepare Manual journal entries as needed.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of accounts payable experience
  • Must have large ERP A/P system experience
  • Solid computer and business solutions software skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
