Growing company located in the DTC is seeking an Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller to join their team! This would be an ideal role for a CPA who is looking to transition out of public accounting and into a great industry role.

• Month-end close procedures
• Account and sub‑ledger reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Cash application
• Preparation of financial statements for international business
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Management of one Accounting Clerk
• Assist in VAT filings and international regulatory filings
• Assist the Accounting Clerk with customer and vendor disputes
• Assist in year‑end financial audit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 3‑5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team‑oriented attitude

Target salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE. Benefits include generous time off, medical, dental, vision, and much more!
