We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related carpentry skills, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks.
• Perform buffing and caulking to ensure a polished finish.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
• Assist with water damage restoration as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

• Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person services.
• Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of buffing techniques for various flooring types.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately for precise installations.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
