• Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. They help Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and engage employees through motivation and recognition.
• Guest Services Department Managers ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain an organized Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
