About the Position
Specialty accepted:  Family Nurse Practitioner

Start date or shifts:  ASAP – Ongoing

Daily schedule:  Monday to Friday, split between two locations (2 days at Winsted, 3 days at Torrington); 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; 30-minute unpaid lunch

Practice setting:  Outpatient Primary Care Clinic (FQHC)

Types of procedures:  Family practice including children ages 5 and older through geriatrics; chronic care management; no procedures

Number of patients:  18 per day

Ages:  5–100

Additional information:  Collaborative environment with a Medical Director, 2 RN charge nurses, and an assigned LPN for each provider. Training provided on E-Clinical Works (ECW). Temp-to-perm opportunity available. Credentialing timeframe is 6–8 weeks. Locations are approximately 10–15 minutes apart. Mileage reimbursement offered.
