• Provide 1:1 support to ASD children, assisting with their learning and development.
• Implement individualized strategies and interventions to support children with varying levels of ASD.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.
• Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers.

• Experience working with Autism/SEND children in an educational setting.
• Proactive and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.
• Resilient personality to handle challenges and setbacks with grace.
• Commitment to the role and the well‑being of every child.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting the unique needs of students with Autism.

Working Hours:

08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)
