- Provide 1:1 support to ASD children, assisting with their learning and development.
- Implement individualized strategies and interventions to support children with varying levels of ASD.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
- Experience working with Autism/SEND children in an educational setting.
- Proactive and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.
- Resilient personality to handle challenges and setbacks with grace.
- Commitment to the role and the well‑being of every child.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting the unique needs of students with Autism.
Working Hours:
08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)
