, we are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic client Primary Schools in Enfield
. The school is looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience working with individual pupils and small groups
.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting young learners at a crucial stage of their education.

• Classroom Support:Work closely with the Year 3 class teacher to motivate and encourage pupils to reach their full potential.
• SEN Support:Provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Small Group Intervention:Deliver individual and small group support to ensure effective learning takes place.
• Student Confidence:Help pupils develop confidence and self-esteem through encouragement and tailored strategies.

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• A basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning strategies.
• The ability to boost pupils’ confidence through positive listening and support techniques.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
