Job OverviewWe are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a primary school in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. This is a full‑time role with a start date of September 2023, lasting for the entire academic year.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality teaching and learning experiences to SEN pupils. You will be required to create engaging and inspiring lesson plans tailored to meet the pupils’ needs and deliver these lessons enthusiastically and engagingly. A flexible approach to teaching and a willingness to adjust your methods to meet the pupils’ needs will be essential.
Qualifications & Experience- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A minimum of two years’ experience teaching SEN pupils
- A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum
- The ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of the pupils
- An understanding of the assessment for the learning process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiasm for teaching and learning
- The ability to work collaboratively with other staff
