SEN and EY TA

We are recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EY TA) to join a highly respected institution of excellence in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. In this role, you will have the chance to work with a lovely boy with ASD in the morning and an EAL girl in the afternoon, providing them with the care and attention they need to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and be confident in their ability to provide support and guidance in a classroom environment. You should have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and SEN, a strong awareness of the importance of good behavior management, and the ability to build strong relationships with children.

• A degree in early years education or equivalent
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working in an EYFS setting
• A sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and SEN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to foster positive relationships with children and adults
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
