Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people? This is your chance to join a vibrant, diverse and multicultural secondary school in Enfield and support the learning of a range of pupils from different backgrounds.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to teachers in the classroom on a range of activities, including lesson preparation, monitoring progress, and helping to support and motivate students. You will also help to create a positive and safe learning environment that allows pupils to flourish and achieve their best.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working with children in a learning environment, as well as a passion for education and the ability to help pupils reach their full potential. You will need to be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with teachers, pupils and parents. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently.
