• Role:Primary Care Physician (Adult, 18+)

• Location:Enfield, CT

• Setting:100% outpatient, office-based primary care

• Schedule:Full-time, weekdays only

• Teaching:Optional with faculty appointment

• Call:Phone call only, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
