Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Assistant performs general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, handle general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for operational reports.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
