Medium Rigid; MR Truck Drivers - Nightshift

We also provide our customers with an extensive Food Services range.

We currently have full‑time positions available for Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers based out of our Enfield Food Service distribution facility in Sydney.

We are looking for professional, experienced MR Drivers with a good driving record to perform multi‑drop delivery of milk, dairy and food service products to cafés, restaurants, clubs and our industrial customers. Successful applicants will be required to work the night shift – Sunday to Thursday, 9 pm to 5 am. With our strong customer service focus, Friday overtime shift opportunities are regularly available.

These are secure positions working with an experienced and friendly team in a busy and dynamic Food Service environment.

• Must hold a valid MR (or higher heavy vehicle) Driver’s licence
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
• Highly focused on safety, quality, hygiene, delivery and efficiency
• Good customer service and effective communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills and high degree of initiative
• Familiarity with COR (Transport Chain of Responsibility) principles
• Flexibility to work shift work, including some occasional weekend work
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to work unsupervised and also as part of a team
• Physical capability to undertake multiple drop deliveries

• Detailed inventory control
• Picking orders during the delivery route
• Chain of Responsibility and load restraint
• Quality, safety and hygiene control
• Manual handling / trolleying of product
• Monitoring and reducing waste
