We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transport Manager to lead our transport and site operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant logistics solutions.

• Plan, organize, and manage the transportation of goods to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and manage the transport team, including drivers, schedulers, and support staff.
• Develop and manage the transport budget, including cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize the supply chain.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance metrics.
• Resolve any transport-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in a Transport Manager or similar role.
