We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Enfield office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Guildford, we’d be keen to hear from you.

- £29,000 OTE up to £36,500 depending on experience – basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year plus an additional £5,040 earnings expected through uncapped commission.

- Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00‑17:00 on one Saturday every four (with a day‑in‑lieu).

- Booking and conducting property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
- Processing deposit returns.
- Resolving rental arrears.
- Processing eviction requests.
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing complaints.
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports.
you will need
- Minimum 1+ year(s) of previous experience in a Property Manager role.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Good telephone manner.
- IT skills.
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. Automatic‑only licences are not accepted at this time.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
- Evidences of right to work:
Passport or Birth Certificate. - Proof of address.
- National Insurance.
- Driver’s licence check.
At some point(s) in the application process, you may be required to interview via video call.
