📍 Location: Enfield, N21 2RH

💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking Support Workers to join a mental health service hostel in Enfield. The role offers the chance to provide practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them develop independence and achieve their personal goals in a recovery‑focused environment.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Support residents with daily living tasks and personal care

• Encourage independence and personal development

• Promote social inclusion and engagement in community activities

• Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

• Monday - Friday (rota‑based):

  • 07:30 - 16:00

  • 11:00 - 19:00

  • 13:00 - 21:00

• 1‑2 weekends per month

We're looking for someone who:

• Is caring, patient, and reliable

• Has an interest in supporting adults with mental health needs

• Can work flexibly to cover the shifts outlined above

• Has good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided

• Hourly rate of £12.21 (depending on experience)
