This is a full-time role Monday– Sunday.

Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will be:

Managing the direct reports of other Engineers on site.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual maintenance tasks.
Reactive Maintenance
Liaise with key subcontractors for both planned and reactive maintenance to maintain compliance and service levels.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and compliance documentation.
The ideal candidate:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance within a healthcare or similar environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
Familiarity with NHS Estates guidelines and compliance frameworks.
