• Acting as a consistent, trusted adult presence throughout the school day

The ideal Pastoral Support Assistant will be proactive, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting young people. A 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top 30 UK university is desirable, alongside previous child-centred experience in an educational, youth, or care setting. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn are essential. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

• £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
• Full-time, long-term contract – February to July
• Term-time only
