College Learning Support Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a specialist college based in Enfield. The student cohort is 16‑19 years old, with mild SEND needs.

• 3‑5 days a week
• 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
• £13.69 per hour
• Start date:
  
  ASAP

Provide additional learning support to students, working alongside the college teaching staff. This includes supporting students with Maths and English, and helping them progress in agricultural and animal‑care subjects.

• Maths and English GCSE grade C or above

• Previous experience within a school or college setting

• Enjoy working outdoors or with animals (useful for the college’s focus on agriculture, horticulture, dog grooming, animal care, saddlery, floristry, garden design, conservation, etc.)

• Free parking on site
  
  • Good public transport links (to Enfield site)
