Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary academy in Enfield to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious Science department, delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be passionate about the sciences, committed to raising attainment, and confident in inspiring students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

* Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum

* Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners

* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Monitor and track student progress, supporting them to achieve their potential

* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* QTS (or be working towards QTS)

* Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)

* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

* Enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students

* Availability to start ASAP
