Part‑time position available to join our fast‑paced Sales & Account Management team.
Location & HoursOffice based in Enfield. Up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility and a requirement to work Fridays.
About the RoleAs a Sales Administrator you will provide creative, sales‑focused client communications and play a pivotal role in distributing workload across the team to improve efficiency. You will work in a high‑pressure environment with a solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving, quickly learn IT systems, and understand the importance of sales performance.
Responsibilities- Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal stakeholders (e.g., bid documents from IT, Compliance & HR).
- Assist with bid management, tender submissions and all additional legal documentation received by the sales team.
- Support the development and rollout of Crown Instant, an online shop for small clients.
- Assist the sales team through the creation of client proposal templates.
- Work alongside the client on‑boarding team to ensure every new client receives the same experience and messaging.
- Assist with B2B marketing campaigns through existing and new marketing channels.
- Provide support for internal and external events, including coordination of diaries, attendees, equipment, promotional items, transport and accommodation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day management of our CRM system, Dynamics.
- Provide administrative support to the BDMs and Account Managers to drive sales.
- Assist with key implementation programmes to drive sales growth (e.g., QWILR).
- Analytical, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a potentially rapidly changing and high‑pressure environment.
- Solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Understand the importance of sales strategies and sales performance.
- Ability to learn IT systems quickly.
- 1‑2 years of administration experience.
- GCSE passes in Maths & English.
