Are you a Car Technician, with 7+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? Do you have the drive to set your own targets and exceed them? If so, this might be the right role for you!

We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in‑house mechanical team in Enfield (stocking 1,500+ used cars).

You will have your own state‑of‑the‑art workshop with the opportunity to build your own team of mechanics as we expand. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality "First Time Fix."

• Overseeing a team of mechanics
• Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
• Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
• Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard

• Your own tools to be stored in a secure tool box provided by us
• 7+ years experience as a vehicle technician
• Understand and comply with health and safety standards
• A full and valid Driving Licence

• NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+

Basic Salary: up to £60,000 (depending on experience) £80,000 OTE

• Option 1:
  Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm - Every other Saturday
• Option 2:
  Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm - Every other Saturday

£60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
