Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. Starting hourly rate is $18.75 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests.
• Support guest services such as order pick-up, Drive-up, and Registry.

• Communicate effectively and have a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
