* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
* RN license
* BLS certification
* Coordinate and ensure accurate admissions and discharges while providing excellent customer service
* Provide quality nursing care and conduct daily resident assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Supervise and support nursing staff, monitor compliance with policies, and assist with staff education and performance evaluations
* Administer medications and treatments safely, monitor drug interactions, and initiate emergency procedures as needed
* Serve as primary contact for physicians, residents, families, and community guests to address questions and concerns
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care by reviewing reports and communicating changes in resident condition
* Protect resident rights, privacy, and safety while promoting a professional image and addressing resident and family concerns
