* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
* Active CNA license
* BLS certification
* Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
* Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of care and documentation.
* Exhibit flexibility and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in critical situations.
* Assess and respond appropriately to medical emergencies involving residents or staff, using sound judgment and established protocols.
