We are on the lookout for a dynamic and diligent Contract Attorney specializing in Litigation to join our team on a permanent basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal issues, providing quality legal services to our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will have a focus on Litigation and Case Management, and will be proficient in handling intake, wage and hour issues, and written complaints.

Salary: $40 – $60 per hour.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence to support the case and cross‑examining witnesses.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
• Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, discovery, and through trial, settlement, or appeal.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Handle intake, wage and hour issues, and written complaints efficiently.
• Develop case strategies and manage case progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
• Regularly update clients on case progress and potential legal issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Litigation and Case Management.
• Proven experience in handling intake, wage and hour issues, and written complaints.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
