Digital Producer - Freelance

Producer - Encinitas, CA (On-Site)
Were looking for a Digital Producer with agency experience who is accomplished at working with teams to create digital strategy, websites, e-commerce, and design systems for our clients. This role will support Senior Producers and will have direct client interaction. As a Producer, you are adept at managing designers, developers, QA teams, and clients. Creating timelines, comprehensive to-do lists, and defining the resources for the project are all things you do well.

Contract / freelance role- temp. to perm – on-site 3 days a week (M, W, TH).

Project Structuring and
***** Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters.
Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all
***** Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance.
Resource
***** Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget.
Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects.
Risk
***** Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Quality
***** Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Process
***** Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.

2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.
~ Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
~ Experience managing a variety of digital projects.

This is a Contractor role temp. to perm. The target pay range for this role is $30- 40/hour. If and when the role becomes permanent, salary and benefits package will be discussed.
