Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour + OT on the last 4 hours of a 12-hour shift

Overview

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients maintain a comfortable life at home.

Responsibilities

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance
• Transportation to medical appointments for clients
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care, and more
• Hourly and 24/7 care as needed
• Light housekeeping and organization

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a caregiver or relevant healthcare training
• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA) with the state of CA is ideal
• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
