As a Financial Wellness Coach
, you will work directly with clients to help them understand their financial picture, build personalized strategies, and stay motivated as they work toward their goals. You will provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to help clients manage debt, improve their credit scores, and make informed financial decisions.

This hybrid position is based out of our Cardiff-by-the-Sea office, offering a blend of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.

• Provide one on one financial coaching via phone, video, and email
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client needs
• Create personalized financial strategies tailored to each individual
• Educate clients on budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and credit repair
• Help clients set, track, and stay accountable to their financial goals
• Offer ongoing encouragement and support to keep clients motivated
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Stay current on financial trends, tools, and best practices
• Obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and compassionately
• A coaching mindset—patient, supportive, and client‑focused
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to document sessions and manage multiple systems
• Comfort navigating digital tools and platforms
• Reliability in managing scheduled appointments and meeting performance standards
• Professionalism, discretion, and a genuine desire to help others succeed

• Bachelor's degree in personal finance, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial counseling or coaching

• Bilingual is a plus
