Bilingual Sales Agent; EN + FR​/NL

We’re looking for a Sales Agent fluent inEnglishand eitherFrenchorDutch,to join our dynamic team. You will be the voice of our brand, maintaining relationships with existing business partners while also seizing opportunities to drive sales.

This role offers full-time opportunities, with shifts between09:00 and 18:00 / Monday – Friday.

• Build and maintain trustwith key decision-makers by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessmentsto fully understand each client’s objectives and expectations.
• Present tailored solutionsthat align with the client’s goals, ensuring the proposed services/products add tangible value to their operations.
• Guide clients through a quality-focused sales journey, offering support, clarity, and strategic advice at every stage of the process.
• Prioritize client satisfactionby ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent follow-up, and responsiveness to any questions or concerns.
• Strengthen long-term client relationshipsby maintaining regular communication, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams(e.g., operations, customer service, and product specialists) to ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Uphold the company’s valuesof integrity, service excellence, and customer-first thinking in every interaction.

• Fluent English speaker(native written and spoken). Proficiency in one of the following languages is essential:
  Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, or French.
• Other language is aplusbut not required.
• Previoussales and customer service experienceis preferred.
• Highly motivated, strong communication, goal driven, skilled in negotiation, prospecting while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
