Step into the driver’s seat as our new BID Manager and help us win the deals that shape isolutions’ future.

You’ll partner closely with our sales teams to create standout proposals, turn complex IT solutions into clear value, and play a key role in our growth journey.

How your day will look like
  • Supporting bid management by qualifying, evaluating, and preparing bids, without being tied to your own sales targets
  • Coordinating and supporting all phases of the bidding process, including timelines and delivery dates
  • Organizing and contributing expertise to quality gates, such as kick-off meetings, deal reviews, and pricing reviews
  • Contributing to winning strategies and creating compelling bid content with clear differentiators
  • Supporting the inside sales team with lead qualification, evaluations, and by creating, maintaining, and improving tools that make daily work easier
  • Driving continuous process improvements, including the smart use of AI to establish and evolve best practices
Your profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in a structured sales‑related environment (e.g. bid/proposal management, project coordination, sales support, marketing)
  • Strong curiosity and passion for tools and technologies, especially AI — you’re a true learn‑it‑all
  • An independent, precise, and structured way of working
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset, enjoying collaboration with different people and business units
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, keep projects on track, and work in a results‑oriented way
  • Affinity for AI and sales, paired with strong communication skills
  • Native level of German fluency in English
  • A good sense of humor, honesty, and openness...including being up for a beer from our in‑house beer fridge!
