Puesto: Sales Development Rep (SDR) - (No Quick Applies) — Remote, Full-Time
Best Lyfe Group (BLG) is hiring a Sales Development Rep (SDR).
Your mission: create a pipeline and book qualified discovery calls.
You don't have to close the deals. You do have to create momentum.

We help serious business owners grow with marketing that actually works. We're not a volume agency. We're not a "set it and forget it" shop. And we're not hiring someone who needs a daily pep talk to do outreach.

What You'll Do (Daily)
Respond to inbound leads in under 5 minutes (text/call/email via GHL)
Follow up with leads who don't schedule right away (politely, persistently)
Prospect inside Facebook groups (post, monitor, engage, identify marketing/growth needs)
Send cold DMs and start real conversations (no spam cannon behavior)
Use prospecting tools to build lists for outbound outreach
Get on the phone. Leave voicemails. Call again. Win.
Keep the CRM clean (we live in Go High Level ) and track outcomes

What You Will NOT Do
Close deals (the closer closes)
Sit around "waiting for leads"
Only do chat-based outreach (phones are part of the job)
Get micromanaged every hour (you'll be measured on outcomes)

What Success Looks Like
Speed-to-lead: median response time ≤ 5 minutes
Booked calls: consistent discovery calls added each week
Show rate: 70%+
CRM hygiene: clean pipeline, notes, tags, next steps
Pipeline created: inbound + outbound contributing weekly

You ghost when nobody's watching
You need constant motivation to do outreach
You think "follow-up" is one text and a prayer

Fully remote
Must overlap with U.S. business hours

Compensation (Hybrid: Base + Performance)
Base pay (region-dependent)
Paid per-show discovery call (not "booked" — we don't reward calendar games)
Bonus per closed-won deal after onboarding
Accelerators for strong show rates and quality
