Your mission:  create a pipeline and book qualified discovery calls.

Respond to inbound leads in under 5 minutes (text/call/email via GHL)
Follow up with leads who don’t schedule right away (politely, persistently)
Prospect inside Facebook groups (post, monitor, engage, identify marketing/growth needs)
Keep the CRM clean (we live in Go High Level ) and track outcomes

Close deals (the closer closes)
Sit around “waiting for leads”
Only do chat-based outreach (phones are part of the job)
Speed-to-lead: median response time ≤ 5 minutes
CRM hygiene: clean pipeline, notes, tags, next steps
You want performance-based upside, and you don’t do excuses

You avoid phone calls like they’re a dentist appointment
Fully remote
Compensation (Hybrid: Base + Performance)
