Remote Business Development Representative (This Role Won’t Be Open for Long)

We’re Great Marketing AI, a California-based performance marketing agency powered by AI, human strategy, and full-funnel execution. And we’re growing FAST.
Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter) based in LATAM to help us expand our pipeline, nurture warm leads, and book qualified sales calls for our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound & outbound conversations across SMS, DM, email, and social
Follow proven scripts while still sounding natural
Qualify leads and identify if they’re a fit before booking calls
Book appointments directly into our calendars
Nurture leads with follow-ups to increase show-up rates
Maintain clean CRM notes and conversation logs
Hit weekly KPIs for booked appts and conversions
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams on lead quality
Move FAST and communicate clearly
✅ YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU…
Have 1–2+ years of experience as a BDR, appointment setter, or in sales
Can communicate confidently in English (written + spoken)
Have any legal experience
Can manage multiple conversations at once without dropping the ball
Are goal-oriented and love hitting (and beating) targets
Move quickly and think proactively
Are great at follow-ups and keeping leads engaged
Are comfortable using scripts and CRM tools
Can work PST hours consistently
Are coachable, hungry, and ready to grow fast
Love being around other high-performers
