Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Customer Support - German & French

YOUR TASKS:

• Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems.
• Receiving incident reports via phone and email.
• Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers
• Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support.
• Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken, required.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage.
