Network Engineer

7–10 years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Catalyst switches.

Experience managing Enterprise LAN/Wi Fi environments.

Hands‑on experience with network monitoring and NOC tools.

Familiarity with connectivity services (fiber circuits, provider‑managed services).

Knowledge of BGP and enterprise routing protocols.

Experience coordinating with network service providers and managing incidents.

Understanding of cloud connectivity concepts (AWS or Azure is a plus).

Ability to work in international, cross‑functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Fluent English and Spanish

Portuguese is a plus.

• Support NOC activities and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of network infrastructure.
• Operate and troubleshoot enterprise network environments including LAN, WiFi, and connectivity services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve network incidents.
• Implement improvements to network infrastructure and services.
• Monitor network performance and manage incident resolution.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and technical discussions to improve processes.
• Apply best practices in enterprise network operations.
• Work in Agile or structured operational environments as required.
