We’re Looking For a  Revenue Solutions Architect

Are you enthusiastic about Hub Spot and experienced in B2B sales? We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to support the design and implementation of CRM strategies that drive client revenue and success. This remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere while growing your skills in a supportive, values-driven team. As you grow, you’ll take ownership of full client engagements, lead solution architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members.

Support CRM Solution Design:
Design and configure Hub Spot-based CRM solutions, owning defined work streams with support from senior architects.
Analyze Business Needs:
Collaborate with senior architects to assess client workflows, identify sales-related pain points, and propose solutions that enhance performance, embodying Stewardship.
Lead and Assist in Project Execution:
Lead and support various project deliveries by managing tasks and timelines.
Facilitate Integrations:
Aid in integrating CRM systems with client tools, including basic data migration and customization under supervision.
Deliver Training:
Assist in creating and delivering client training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of CRM solutions, emphasizing sales team enablement.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on Hub Spot features, CRM trends, and B2B sales strategies, contributing ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.

2-5+ years of experience with Hub Spot (or similar CRM platforms), with exposure to configuring or supporting CRM solutions.
~ Familiarity with managing tasks and timelines, with a willingness to learn project management methodologies.
~ Experience supporting client training or documentation, particularly for sales teams.
Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools for sales metrics.
Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
