Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with deep network and infrastructure security expertise to design and deliver high-impact automation across Security Operations.

You will build end-to-end automated workflows integrated with Service Now, UiPath, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and multiple enterprise security platforms, with a clear objective: increase automated ticket resolution, reduce manual effort, and improve security operations at scale.

This role requires strong hands‑on firewall and networking knowledge, advanced API integration skills, and practical experience automating Palo Alto firewalls using CLI and APIs, as well as integrations with set scale to modify security configurations.

• Design, build, and operate automation workflows for Network and Infrastructure Security operations
• Develop Service Now-integrated automations to increase automated ticket handling
• Build workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Build and maintain API-driven integrations with enterprise security platforms, including:
  • Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
  • Algo Sec
  • Infoblox DNS
• Develop automation logic using Python and Ansible
• Ensure automations are secure, auditable, and resilient
• Produce concise documentation and operational runbooks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (preferred)
• Certifications such as UiPath, or Power Platform certifications are a plus
• 5+ years experience in Network Security, Infrastructure Security, or Security Operations
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of networking and firewalls, with a focus on Palo Alto
• Experience working with firewall CLI commands, policies, and configurations
• Solid understanding of Service Now-based security workflows
• Proven experience building API integrations in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Ui Path
  • Power Automate
  • Copilot Studio
  • Python
  • Ansible
• Experience integrating with security platforms such as Palo Alto, Algo Sec, Infoblox, Service Now at scale

• Experience with AI-assisted automation
• Understanding of MCP servers, AI agents, or LLM-based workflows
• Using AI for decision support, validation, or enrichment in security processes

• Security-first, automation-by-design mindset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in large, global enterprise environments
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and impact-driven
