About the Role

Are you excited about building platforms that   enable engineers to move fast, safely, and with confidence  ? This role sits at the core of our engineering ecosystem, where   reliability, observability, and security are first-class citizens   , not afterthoughts.

This is a hands-on opportunity to   grow your expertise in cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops practices, and platform engineering   , supported by mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to real-world, high-impact systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support platform operations:
Assist with maintaining and admin critical platform capabilities (Github, incident.io, JFrog, Kubernetes to name a few)
Observability and reliability:
Contribute to managing Datadog dashboards, alerts, and logging patterns to improve visibility across services.
Security and compliance:
Help enforce best practices for secure and compliant service hosting within Kubernetes.
• Developer enablement:
Work closely with product engineers to improve their experience running services on our platform.
Continuous improvement:
Participate in incident management and platform reliability culture, automation, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Fundamentals in software engineering (e.g., one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript).
Basic understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
Exposure to or interest in Kubernetes and containerisation - familiarity with Docker is a plus.
Awareness of CI/CD concepts (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Circle

CI, or similar).
Interest in observability tooling (monitoring, logging, tracing) – familiarity with Datadog is a plus.
Interest in improving and refining incident management processes
Good English communications skills (assessments will be done).
