Compensation: $20 USD per hour
We are seeking a Client Success Manager with a strong digital marketing agency background to own client relationships and coordinate delivery across ongoing marketing engagements. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, project coordination, and service delivery, ensuring that digital marketing initiatives move efficiently from strategy to execution.

Before moving forward, we want to be clear that this position requires a  solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals  . The role works directly with  home builder clients  and involves frequent discussions around campaign strategy, content direction, ad performance, and creative deliverables. Candidates should be comfortable speaking confidently about topics such as  Meta advertising, website conversion optimization, social media strategy, and lead generation  .

While this is not a hands-on execution role, you must have enough domain knowledge to guide conversations, challenge assumptions when needed, and translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams and freelancers.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients across active digital marketing engagements
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive expectation management
Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
Coordinate work across internal team members, freelancers, and external vendors
Review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment before client delivery
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in project management systems

3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management
~ Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing digital marketing clients
~ Strong understanding of common digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, web development, and email marketing
~ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, freelancers, or vendors
~ Clear, professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
~ Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Click Up, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms
~ Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously
Basic understanding of performance metrics and reporting for digital marketing services
