We are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our SRE Expert Unit
.

We work closely with product teams to help them achieve their availability goals by developing and applying SRE practices together

Your key responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer
, you will:

• Detect & Repair
  :
  Strengthen observability, improve incident response, and contribute to blameless postmortems.
• Prevent & Prioritize
  :
  Support capacity management, reliability testing, and error budget policies.
• Share Knowledge
  :
  Help spread awareness of SRE principles and best practices across teams.
• Drive Improvements
  :
  Identify reliability gaps and provide hands‑on technical assistance to service owners.
• Define Metrics
  :
  Contribute to reporting on reliability, availability, efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Foster Observability Culture
  :
  Promote optimal monitoring and proactive alerting strategies.
• Collaborate
  :
  Work closely with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
• Learn from Incidents
  :
  Help implement automation and code‑based solutions to prevent recurrence.

What are we looking for?

Want to know if this job is made for you? These are some of the qualities we value most:

Proven technical skills

• Strong understanding of system design principles
  , distributed systems, and cloud/on‑prem infrastructure
  .
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, App Dynamics, Dynatrace).
• Solid experience in Linux
  , configuration management (Ansible), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Open Shift).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  , Infrastructure-as-Code, and scripting (Python/Go).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.

Desirable

• Background in software development (Java or similar).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services (DORA)
• Working Experience working with ITIL.
• Interest in AI and automation
  —not mandatory, but highly valued.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new techniques to improve reliability.
