We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack (Java + Angular) to lead the development and lifecycle of strategic IT products for a key client in the international banking sector.

Our hubs in Madrid, Málaga, and Warsaw are driving transformation through cutting-edge technology.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will guide and inspire a development squad to deliver best-in-class software. You’ll take ownership of architecture, engineering standards, and technical mentoring.

5+ years’ experience with Java and Spring Framework.

Strong knowledge of Type Script + Angular.

Solid SQL and relational DB experience.

Microservices architecture knowledge.

Experience with testing tools (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).

Experience with tools like Stencil is a plus.

Leadership skills and agile mindset.

️ Fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
