Puesto: IT Service Manager (BMC Remedy)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies for successful project completion.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them as necessary to reflect changes and progress.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
  • Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage IT-related risks and vulnerabilities that could impact organizational operations, data, and systems.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper risk transfer and acceptance.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT processes.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction at least annually, ideally every three months, depending on client needs and commitments.
  • Use Project

    V2 application to assess client satisfaction during project reviews.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for IT transformation or change initiatives aligned with organizational goals and vision.
  • Create detailed implementation plans, schedules, and milestones to guide the transformation process.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT initiatives align with business needs and priorities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with IT governance practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, specifically with BMC Remedy.
  • Strong budget and resource management skills to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
  • Expertise in risk management, including identifying, evaluating, and mitigating IT-related risks.
  • Ability to establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Experience in client satisfaction management, ideally with regular evaluations.
  • Strong change management skills to develop and implement IT transformation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish (English nice to have)
  • Hybrid mode in Barcelona.
